However, if you feel that the products you have purchased are not fulfilling their purchase – you do have an option to request a refund. Since we are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we issue refunds that have been requested not later than 15 days after product purchase. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing products of Pantherius. Please note that any bonuses (not included in a downloadable bundle) offered are not an issue for a refund.
We DO NOT honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:
- You don’t want product after it has been downloaded
- Product did not meet your expectations
- You have changed your mind
- You have purchased product by mistake
- You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product
- Asking for refund because of a goodwill
- You can’t access item because it has been removed (we advise always to download products as soon as you buy to avoid this situation)
- You purchased another product which includes products of Pantherius (refunds in such case are managed by your original vendor).
- You have issues with the product, but you don’t want to provide the necessary information to investigate and fix the issue by our support
In most cases, if the plugin doesn’t work on your website, that caused by any of the following reasons:
- outdated WordPress Theme, that has an error in the background
- outdated other plugin(s), that has an error in the background
- other plugin or theme, that includes invalid jQuery version instead of using the WordPress built-in jQuery
- hosting limitations or configuration issues
- incorrect plugin configuration
Before you send a refund request, please make sure you already contacted with the support here and provided your website’s URL.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
